Paul WS Anderson: Director Monster Hunter

Danielle is a director’s dream. Talented, tasteful, fast and on budget!  Who could possibly ask for more?

Colin Scully: Producer Resident Evil

Danielle is a rockstar and joy to work with. The results speak for themselves. I can’t wait for my next job with her.

Jessica M Thomson: Director The Invitation

Danielle is a true artist and visionary. She rose to and above every challenge to create sumptuous, decadent, visually evocative costumes that were emblematic of the world we had created. Each time a character walked on screen in a new costume, there were audible gasps from the audience.

Emile Gladstone: Producer The Invitation

DK surpassed our expectations as an artist, professional and human being. The costumes she created with limited time and budget on the Invitation were nothing short of inspired, standing out to the audience and transporting them into our story.

Michael Bitar: Sony Screen Gems The Invitation

Time and again, Danielle managed to elevate and crystallize an already complex vision into some of the most memorable, elegant and cinematic costume designs. We would absolutely work with her again.

Robyn Snyder, Producer – The Afterlife of the Party

While Danielle comes with a lot of creativity, great ideas and sense of the characters at the start, she’s also a wonderful collaborator, with both the filmmakers and cast. Making everyone feel comfortable and excited about the characters we’re building through clothes (and shoes, bags & accessories!) But also further blending them – in color, style, etc. – with each character’s space and hair/makeup to help make it a cohesive, layered and real world. You can’t ask for more in fiction. 😉  Plus we worked with her in the first height of covid, in a bubble, which came with its own challenges. And she was amazing throughout – both her talent and her positive spirit, as was her team. I’d work with her again in a heartbeat and look forward to doing so.

Steve Herek – The Afterlife of the Party

I am confident in saying that Danielle is a wonderful Costume Designer who possesses a heart for the actors, their character, their needs, and a desire to meet those needs. The way a character is dressed for a project is always a huge subject for debate, discussion and judgement. The way someone is clothed is an easy target for comment because we dress ourselves every day so we are all experts. It is a vortex of much emotion. Danielle always handles herself in a friendly and dignified manner in melding a meeting of the minds of Director, Actor, Producer and Studio in creating an exciting and vibrant wardrobe. I look forward to working with Danielle again.
